Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping – International express shipping by DHL, EMS Post, or FedEx.  Shipping is included in the website price. The bag will be shipped from our office in Bali, Indonesia.
  • Payment: We accepted all major credit/debit cards, our payment processors are Stripe, PayPal, NicePay, and Bank Transfer by request. Your payments and your personal data are protected with SSL, you should see the green padlock before the URL. We are not storing any credit card data. 
  • Customs and Import Taxes – The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply when received the bag. Decent Hardware is not responsible for customs/duties charges as these costs are determined by your local customs office. Decent Hardware cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be, but we do try to minimize these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
  • Returns – Unfortunately we can only accept returns within Indonesia and within 14 days of purchase.  Due to the strict import/export laws of Indonesia, we are unable to accept returns from overseas.  If for some reason there is a problem please email us immediately with imagery and a detailed description and we will endeavor to rectify the problem.  It is important to us that you are happy with your Decent Hardware purchase.

All goods are hand-made to order and shipped upon receipt of payment. The majority of our bags arrive within 7 – 14 working days of payment worldwide with the included express shipping, however, due to the different speeds of some customs officials/countries please allow up to 21 days.
